WARRANTY AND TECH SUPPORT POLICY
provides a 30 day replacement warranty on all products with the
exception of some refurbished products which will be clearly
marked otherwise on the order form and the web page ( as is
or no refund). As with all warranties, abuse voids warranty. In the
case of a product failure and replacement ,the product will be returned
at Avdeals cost. Handling fee as listed below DOES NOT APPLY
in the case of a warranty replacement.
note products that are to be returned for replacement will require
all original packing and accessories.
to returning a item please contact the manufacturers tech support
department to confirm that the item is faulty and request an incident
number. In order to obtain a RMA number please contact email@example.com provide your order number, product and description of problem.
Please also include an incident or reference number from the manufacturer.
If you return an item without a RMA an exchange cannot be processed.
Please Note: A RMA number sometimes takes a few days to be issued.
The 30 day limit is based on when you request the RMA, not when
we issue it.

and administered by the manufacturers of the products. Please contact
manufacturers directly regarding any claims or questions.

In order to maintain extremely low prices on all our products, AVDEALS cannot provide units for customers to "test drive".
many retailers AVDEALS never sells units which have been previously
sold, returned and repackaged as a new unit!!!!
a unit is returned it must be inspected, tested and then sold as
a refurbished unit. This results in a large loss to our company.
you are not completely satisfied with a unit purchased from us you
may return it within 30 days of receipt of item subject to the following:
