New InFocus Projectors Now Shipping

IN1100, IN3100 and IN5100 Series Meet Every Need from Mobility to Installation

WILSONVILLE, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 16, 2008--InFocus Corporation(R) (NASDAQ: INFS), the industry pioneer in digital projection technology, today announced the immediate availability of its three new projector platforms:

-- IN1100 series mobile projectors: Featuring new DisplayLink(TM) technology to connect over USB instead of VGA, and just 2.75 lbs, the IN1100 series is ideal for traveling between conference rooms or cities.

-- IN3100 series portable projectors: Designed for tabletop or install use, these projectors include DisplayLink (available only on InFocus projectors), a new LiteTouch(TM) touch keypad, and are warranted for 24/7 use.

-- IN5100 series installation projectors: the new SplitScreen(TM) feature, available on the IN5104, is ideal for videoconferencing, distance learning, collaboration and other uses that require display of two sources side by side. Four assignable audio inputs and four optional lenses (sold separately) make the IN5100 series adaptable to a variety of room configurations.

Each series is available in widescreen format, to match the widescreens that are a standard feature of current laptops. Not only does widescreen allow for a one to one pixel match between the laptop and the projector, it also supports HD video.
