Mitsubishi XD500U Micro Portable DLP Video Projector

Mitsubishi XD500U Video Projector

Mitsubishi XD500U MSRP: $1995

Overview

The Mitsubishi XD500U XGA projector is part of our line of mobile projectors that sets a new standard in richer color and long-life performance in a much wider range of projectors. Formerly available only in high-end projectors, the XD500U XGA projector brings you BrilliantColor™ performance by incorporating the latest TI DDP2230 chip set. The XD500U XGA projector operates at 2200 ANSI lumens and a 2000:1 contrast ratio, so you can use it as a classroom or conference room projector, or in other spaces with lots of ambient light.

Now With Vivid 6-Color Video
Adding the new video processor and a six-segment color wheel enables this data/video projector to produce a wider color palette by blending cyan and yellow segments in addition to the standard red, green, white and blue. A new variable illumination technique makes selected colors more vivid by adjusting the lamp power while maintaining all the brightness of your portable projector.

Versatile XGA Projector With Convenient Top Loading Lamp
Its compact 6.5 lbs design makes it a portable projector, perfect for the classroom, as a conference room projector, and beyond. For permanent installations, we have added a center lens design and convenient top loading lamp. That means your lamp is easily accessible in ceiling mount installs.

Added Mobile Projector Features and Accessories
The Mitsubishi XD500U projector enables you to present on colored walls and white boards by compensating for those colors via a simple setting, making it perfect as a classroom or conference room projector. This XGA projector includes a soft carrying case, VGA (D-sub) and composite cables for computer or video input.

Long-Term Data/Video Projector Value

It’s a new design, but you can still count on trouble-free operation, with up to 3,000 hours of lamp life (low mode), a 3-year parts and labor warranty, and three years on Mitsubishi’s exclusive Express Replacement Assistance (ERA) program.
